We fund life-saving research to help cancer patients everywhere.

Story

UPDATE: We have now completed the 1532km from John O Groats to Lands End and are incredibly humbled by everyones support, thank you!

In June 2022, Harriet and Alice are cycling the length of Great Britain from John O'Groats to Lands End. We are aiming to do the 980 miles in 10 days resulting in 150km/ day of cycling. As two unprofessional athletes this seems like an enormous challenge...

We will be raising money for the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity to help raise funds for the new Oak Centre which will be a new hub for rapid and early diagnosis and onsite research for speeding up the development of innovative new treatments.

The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity also currently funds the only Cancer Related Cognitive Impairment programme in the UK. Unfortunately, one of the side effects of Cancer Treatment can be life changing cognitive changes which can have ongoing side effects for patients after their cancer has been treated. With more funding, more patients will be able to access this life changing service allowing for a much improved quality of life, leaving cancer far behind them!

We (and everyone treated by the Royal Marsden) will be hugely grateful for any donations to help motivate us to keep pedalling up those HUGE Scottish and Cornish hills!!!
