I am raising money to support the European Lung Foundation's Healthy Lungs for Life campaign. Healthy Lungs for Life is a global lung health campaign, raising awareness of the importance of lung health. During the current climate, it's more important than ever to spread the campaign's key messages to help everyone to protect their lungs.

As we are not travelling to the annual ERS Congress this year, I have decided with the rest of the ELF team to #TakeTheActiveOption (one of the campaign themes) and run 500km during September.
