I am running the GNR this year for St Michael's Hospice  for HELENS, who spent her last days there last July, when we visited her we could see what an absolutely lovely and caring place it is.

Helens was Gary's really good friend since being born as they lived next door to each other from birth-so goodness knows what mischief they got up to!!!! I had the great pleasure in meeting her in 1991 and then years later she became Connors godmother, Helens was not only lovely, sparkly,genuine,gorgeous, full of character and personality but she was one oif the funniest people I knew ( especially when her and chadders were together), so I can see her absolutely howling at the fact of myself Georgia and Shelly doing this run and I'm sure she will be with us every step of the way!! So here's to you Helen, miss you!!!
