Story
The 2.6 challenge is a nation-wide campaign to save the UK’s charities. This Sunday the 26th of April was to be the London Marathon the world’s biggest one day annual fund raising event (£66.4m in 2019), and the 2.6 Challenge aims to raise £67m by the end of April for all those UK charities who are suffering.
I will be running 2.6 miles everyday for 10 days, starting this Sunday. By the time I finish I will have run the length of the London Marathon (which is 26 miles!)
I am fundraising for St Catherine’s Hospice; a local charity with big ambition. St Catherine’s vision is for a world where everyone facing death and bereavement can do so informed, supported and pain free. Their team of experts are there for people in West Sussex and East Surrey when they need support the most, and they rely on donations to be able to offer their pioneering care.
Please donate today and help St Catherine’s be there for people when life comes full circle. Thank you!
