Well ive done it - Winchester to Eastbourne over the downs and managed to leave a chunk of elbow somewhere inbetween.  It was hard but fun and yes you can still sponsor me, all the money raised goes to the Argus Appeal which in turn gives it to all sorts of local charities its very good.
