In August 2021 my best friend received the life changing news that her 10 month old baby had leukaemia. We were all in shock, none of us knew what this meant but it didn't look good. 

After a few close calls, Jordan-Lee came out fighting and was eventually sent home. But the battle didn't end there. He has been in and out of hospital ever since, receiving blood transfusions and chemotherapy in a number of forms and won't be in remission until December 2024. 

In April 2023 I will be running the London Marathon in support of all those young lives who are battling or have lost to cancer. I have witnessed first hand, the emotional struggle that it has on families and would love to give back to them.
