Story
Ever since we returned from our first Iraq trip in December 2017, we cannot forget the faces of the innocent orphans on the streets of Najaf and Karbala. These little ones spend their days asking for a few cents to make their ends meet.
Most of our countries are blessed with individuals who are financially able to help those in need within their communities. Unfortunately this is not the case in Iraq. This is where charities like Noor Trust step in to provide assistance to widows and orphans. One of their projects is Noor Centre for Educational Excellence (NCEE) that will help orphans in gaining quality education. The details for this project are here - http://noororphansfund.org/ncee/
In a few weeks time we are returning back to Iraq, to walk from Najaf to Karbala and pay our respects to our Imams. We are using this opportunity and are joining hands with a few others to support orphans through the most difficult period in their lives by providing the right opportunities to help build their future.
