When my sister asked me to run Cambridge half marathon for her work, it was a no brainer, I LOVE running and I think her work place is pretty fantastic!!  What no one banked on is me dragging my hubby, Stu along !! Does he run?? No?? Does he like running? No??  But he does like a challenge and I cant wait to see what he pulls out of the bag with this one!!! 

Sunflowers Care run a 4 bedrooomed home for children with complex medical needs just near Cambridge!! It provides a place of safety for children who cannot be cared for at their own homes due to the complexity of their needs and they employ, nurses, carers, therapists, support staff and teacher to ensure every child in their care is properly looked after around the clock. Its a lifeline for parents who know their children are in the best hands. It goes without saying that this costs a lot of money so any pennies you have spare will go to providing these children with the care and fun they so desperately need.

I have run a few half marathons before so I will be doing some other fundraising events to raise money for this amazing charity. But I will also take footage of my hubbys attempts (maybe not of me rubbing sudocrem into his nether regions ) and may even "go live" on the day, so make sure you tune in to our facebook pages! lol!!!
