Every single day, we know we will eat.. It's a given. The question is always 'What's for dinner?' In Syria, it's 'are we having dinner?' This must change.

For this reason, from Monday 1st July to Friday 5th July I will be living off £1.25 worth of food every day, as this is the current ration for Syrian refugees. Please donate generously, however small or big. A tiny morsel off our plate is a huge feast on theirs. They're asking whether they will be eating tonight, please give them the answer they want.

With this money, food, shelter and other basic necessities we take for granted will be provided to these refugees.
