Story

Hi everyone,

For all you kindhearted people - I'm running the London Marathon in April for Spinal Research, if any of you want to throw in a few quid for a great cause that would be fantastic! I'll be running to support the amazing work that Rob Shelton has been doing over many years raising both awareness and money to support people with spinal injuries.

For those of you that know Rob he needs no introduction, but, for those that don't, he has supported Spinal Research for over 20 years since his own spinal injury. He is definitely someone we could all learn a great deal from about how to live life.

Anything you could spare would be much appreciated and will go to a great cause helping to fund spinal injury research!

Spinal Research is the UK’s leading charity funding medical research around the world to develop effective treatments for paralysis caused by spinal cord injury. Every year 1,000 people in the UK and Ireland are paralysed following an injury to their spinal cord. They receive no government funding and rely entirely on the support of the public to raise funds for research.
