Myself, Rowan, Sarah & Sasha (our husky) will be doing the Race for Life virtual 5k (with social distancing) on Saturday 18^th July. We have also entered the Great North Run solo event which runs between 28th June and the 13^th September in which we all have to log 40 runs/jogs/walks between this period (the reason behind the 40 is that the GNR is now in its 40th year).

We have chosen Sarcoma UK as a charity because my husband Tim, a great friend to so many, passed away November 29^th 2019 aged 48.

Renal Cell Sarcomatoid cancer is a rare form and in some
cases,  like Tim's, is aggressive and incurable. We want to raise money to help fund research for this horrific  and cruel disease.

I never thought this year we would be able to take part in these sort of events; but we are grateful we can, and know that Tim would be so proud of Rowan, Sarah myself and Noah who comes along in his buggy.
