Me and my sister Emma have recently completed The Color Run London, the happiest 5k run on the planet!

We would like to say a big thank you to all of you who have already sponsored us and to those who would like to there is still time! We had a great day, completing the run but also getting covered head to toe in coloured powdered paint at every 1k hurdle! We would definitely recommend it to anyone who is thinking of taking part next year!
