I usually run for various reasons, but this time I am dedicating my run to those running away from the the hell of war and torture and lack of the most basic of human rights. I am grateful for Upbeat Communities for allowing me to run on their behalf as they strive to provide refugees and asylum seekers with endless support and contribute to the nationwide campaign for better living standards for those who have not been able to secure it where they were born and have grown up.
