Hi, my name is Alfie and I have decided to partake in a challenge of running 5km, skipping for 1 hour and completing 10 rounds of boxing bagwork in aid of the Humanitarian Crisis through conflict highlighted by the devastating events in Ukraine.

I have decided on a triathlon of events to raise awareness and money for 3 of the biggest Humanitarian Crisis through conflict throughout the world at the moment, namely, Ukraine, Palestine and Syria.

I would be grateful of any donations however big or small to donate to Save The Children who do great work in providing aid to the millions of children currently affected and suffering through no fault of there own.
