Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

The Great North Run is 21km, that's a little over 13 miles, i.e. a bloody long way.

In 'training' so far I've managed just over 5km, only another 16 to go!  Will keep you posted on any progress.

It's all for a great cause, so please help me get to the £400.  I deserve it even if just for putting such a bad picture on a public website.
