About the charity

The Chartered Surveyors Training Trust (CSTT) was established to guide and support young people into career opportunities within surveying and the built environment. In collaboration with employers and key partner organisations, we support people to become qualified surveyors, regardless of their academic, social or financial circumstances. We aim to raise awareness of surveying and the wider built environment, through our expert-led schools’ programme, My Environment My Future and nurture talent through applications and ultimately qualification as a surveyor. A career in surveying shapes much of the world we live in, and offers boundless opportunities for career progression.
