In 1990 my family and I were devastated by the loss of my wonderful sister Ellie Booth, she was 18 years old when she lost her brave fight against cancer.

There are too many people in this world who have been affected by the dreaded Cancer and I hope that my morning of effort will raise much needed funds for Marie Curie Cancer Care.

I am doing my tiny bit to raise vital funds to help fight and deal with this devastating disease, you can do a HUGE bit by donating what ever you can spare to this wonderful charity and help me to reach my fundraising goal.

Believe me putting my knackered body, smashed to bits following years of rugby through this Tri has got to be worth a few quid of anyone's money, if only just to see how red my face can go! So please do donate whatever you can spare.
