Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 2013 · 4 August 2013 ·
Hello! I am once again setting out to cycle and raise money for charity. This time I am taking part in the Prudential RideLondon 100. It is the biggest cycling event in the UK with over 50,000 cyclists taking part.
A "Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100" is a 100-mile cycle challenge for upto 20,000 amateur cyclists will cycle on Sunday 4th of August.
I am trying to be part of the team of 12, where each of us will do 25 miles.
The route lies from Queen Victoria Olympic Park and takes a similar route as the London 2012 Olympc Road Cycling races, crossing London and Surrey, passing Richmond Park and Hampton Court Palace and finishing at The Mall.
The average speed is expected 33km/hr which is barely double for me (even for 5 minutes, not for 1.5 hrs as expected). Therefore we need your support.
My Rider Number is 7063 so watch out on Sunday, maybe you will see me!
I am hoping to raise at least £200. Support us and donate!
