On the 16th of July I am challenging myself to cycle from central London to Suffolk! Supporting me on the 100km over night route are a team of riders from the Sudbury Silk Mills, with this being a special route is special to us as it is one weavers used to follow hundreds of years ago.

We are fundraising for SARS, an amazing charity in Suffolk. The charity is the Suffolk Accident and Rescue Service, who offer volunteer clinicians provide immediate and advanced medical care to patients with serious or life-threatening medical conditions or trauma.
