Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

So I had the crazy idea to run the Manchester Marathon (I’m not a runner) and raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society

Sadly my Granny passed away last year after fighting dementia. After all the support and care both her and my family received I have decided this year to run the Manchester Marathon in aid of fighting Dementia and Alzheimer’s.

Alex what an amazing first marathon. You kept at it and did a sub 5-hour time - well done, your Granny would have been so proud of you (as are we all!). Great total raised for a good cause.
