Eyup! I am running what is known as a 10k... therefore 10000m. I ran the Harewood House 10k in April 2013 and I am hoping to beat my time of 1 hour and 1 minute.

In 2012 my Dad survived bowel cancer and I want to raise money for Macmillan who supported him whilst he did so.

I appreciate everybody is skint (yep, me too) but I'd really be so grateful if anybody could just donate a couple of pounds to help make my run worthwhile!
