It's a year on from Paris-Geneva and once agaim I'm joining a fantastic group from work in the harder challenge of Venice-Rome - another 400 miles but there are more mountains to climb and it's definitely going to be hotter!

The cause is an incredible one: CHal - Children's Hospices across London.  These are amazing sanctuaries that provide care for very poorly children but also offer them and their families the chance to be together and enjoy the little time they have left.  The sad truth is the children that CHaL help do not experience adulthood.

Having seen at first hand the amazing work done by CHal I am deeply touched and proud to be raising funds for such a worthy cause.
