We support people with Spinal Cord Injury to help them live full, independent lives

Story

I'm taking on the Aspire Channel Swim 2018, swimming the distance of the Channel (22 miles, 35.4km or 1416 lengths in a 25-meter pool). At first, I thought I would do it over four weeks, but I think to really push myself, I have decided to swim it in three weeks! That would be an average of 68 lengths a day.

The money raised will go to the charity Aspire. Aspire supports people with spinal cord injuries and provides the essential equipment, advice, housing and grants that spinal cord injured people need to live their lives independently and gain some of their previous life back. Every little bit helps, so a donation of any amount is appreciated.

I am going to start on the 24th of September and will, therefore, have swum the length of the channel by the 8th of October!
