I am making it my mission to push myself out of my comfort zone and get fitter at the same time. What better way than choosing 2 events that will push me to my limits! 

In feb 2024 I will be trekking the Sahara with a fabulous group of colleagues as part of team co-op. The heat will be extreme, the scenery fabulous and the experience once in a lifetime! I can’t wait!

If that wasn’t enough in April I will be taking to the streets of London in the 2024 London marathon - I’m lusting after the medal and the amazing feeling when I finish! 

Both of these amazing challenges are being done in support of Barnados, a wonderful charity that do so much for children, young people and carers alike! 

Please dig deep if you can and support my crazy ideas! If I raise enough I’m also tempted to join the atlas mountain trek in May ( spaces allowing ) .
