Story

Thanks for reading this you lot!

I'm running the London Marathon to raise money for VSO - a charity going strong after 50 years - who provide long lasting support to developing countries through the use of trained volunteers. In this big world, we can make a big difference! Teachers, nurses, project managers, doctors - you name it and there's a VSO volunteer transferring their skills for lasting change...

Anything you have - a quid, five, ten or twenty (fifty if you're rich!) - it adds up. Thanks a lot and I promise to run in under 4 hours (!!!) and send you a picture of my sweat sodden, reddened face at the finish line!
