Story
Hi, thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I am very proud to be cycling the 2018 Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 next July for the British Lung Foundation #TeamBreathe
I am cycling in memory of my Mum, Kathie Toohey, who sadly passed away on 2nd May 2017 from lung cancer.
Somebody dies from lung disease in the UK every 5 mins and approximately 10,000 people in the UK are newly diagnosed with a lung disease every week. If you could spare some cash to support an incredibly worthy cause, I would be very grateful.
Help me to reach my £2000 target.
(Don't forget to Gift Aid it if you're eligible - you won’t pay a penny more but the British Lung Foundation will receive a brilliant 25% extra on your donation!)
About the British Lung Foundation:

They have 230+ Breathe Easy support groups throughout the UK (including on the Isle of Man) who provide support to people with lung disease, their families, friends and carers.

About the Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100:
Celebrating the legacy for cycling created by the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 starts in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, then follows a 100-mile route on closed roads through the capital and into Surrey’s stunning countryside. With leg-testing climbs and a route made famous by the world’s best cyclists at the London 2012 Olympics, it's a truly spectacular event for all involved. The Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 finishes on The Mall in central London, shortly before 150 professional cyclists race in the Prudential RideLondon-Surrey Classic on a similar route.
