We are fighting to make a world where diabetes does no harm

Story

My dad died suddenly of a brain haemorrhage in October 2011 so I'm doing this for him. As a doctor, his main goal in life was to help people and I want to continue to help people now that he's not here to.

I chose to run for Diabetes UK as he always had an interest and did a lot of work for diabetes and if he were here to do the run, he'd probably do it for Diabetes UK too.

I've never particularly loved running and frankly I've never been that good at it - so this is a big challenge for me.

Please dig deep and help me to continue what my dad always loved doing: helping people.

Thank you.
