Story
Thanks for taking the time to have a look at my sponsorship page!
What started as a weekly meet-up and powerwalk around London in a lunch hour, has turned into me being roped into entering the Brighton Marathon on 18th April 2010!
In September 2009 I could barely run for 2 minutes, so I'm expecting it to be a massive challenge but hopefully with the support of my family and friends I will manage to run the marathon, in a target time of around 4hrs 30...although I'll be happy to get round!!
I am running for Guy's and St Thomas' hospital charity, who do work to improve the environment and experience of patients coming into hospital in the area, as well as funding larger projects such as new state-of-the-art hospital equipment.
So please show your support, it will go to a very good cause and help me prove that absolutely anyone can run a marathon if they put their mind to it, even me, who 6 months ago could not run!!
