Story

On June 29th, I'll be cycling from Glasgow to London in order to support Ovarian Cancer Action! This ride will consist of 450 miles, over 5 days...and your support would be amazing!

This is a cause that means a lot to myself, Dad and my sisters as sadly, 10 years ago, we lost our Mum Bonny Rowe to Ovarian Cancer

Right now, a Woman in the UK dies every 2 hours from Ovarian Cancer and those being diagnosed today are only given a 46% chance of being alive in 5 years' time.

Treatment for ovarian cancer is not as advanced as treatment for other, better-known cancers, like breast and prostate cancer. Any donations at all, small or big, would make such an incredible difference and really contribute towards vital research and development.

This ride is not only helping to raise funds, but importantly to also raise awareness. Ovarian Cancer really is a silent killer, it's symptoms are typically hard to spot. For further information visit;

Thank you for your support :)

We are the UK’s leading ovarian cancer research charity. In the UK only 1 in 3 women live more than 10 years after diagnosis. We are working to better prevent, treat and detect ovarian cancer, so that by 2032 at least half of women with ovarian cancer live for 10 years.
