Running the London Marathon is a big ambition for me.I’m running for The Prison Phoenix Trust, a UK charity which teaches yoga and meditation to people in prison. Practising yoga and meditation helps inmates to cope with being in prison – and also to deal with some of the problems that led to their offending behaviour.
