Right everyone, I'm doing the Manchester Run again and this time I plan to do it BIG!!

Dodgy knees made me unable to train for the last week in 2011, and I basically limped over the finish line for a 55:55.

This year I will do it in under 40 MINUTES. I will. I really will. It's just less than three months to go and I'm already at 41:39. Boom.
