London Marathon 2022
Campaign by Missing People (RCN 1020419)
Our amazing team of runners are taking part and raising vital funds to ensure we can support more families affected by missing.

Story

There are over 170,000 people who are reported missing each year in the UK. That’s someone every 90 seconds – by the time you hit that donate button, another person will have gone missing. It is an issue which can affect absolutely anyone, now more than ever.

When someone disappears, it means they are at absolute crisis point. It could be a child blackmailed and exploited to carry drugs. Someone lost in dementia who has wandered off. A mum whose son hasn’t come home from school. It is just the beginning of an often long and difficult journey.

I’m running the London Marathon to raise money to support our helpline team so they can continue to be a lifeline, to people facing a huge range of issues and help make them safer and more supported. Please, be a lifeline and donate.
