On Sunday 17 July, I will abandoning my normal Sunday morning lie-in to launch myself across the Manchester Ship Canal on a 250m zip line in aid of the Genesis Breast Cancer Prevention Appeal.

Having worked with Genesis for the last year, I decided the best way to raise awareness is to get stuck in - so I'll be making the descent from the 100 ft tower of the Imperial War Museum to the Lowry Gallery.

Any money raised will help support clinical research, at the purpose built breast cancer prevention centre. Thank you SO very much for visiting - I'll be the one screaming all the way down!
