I am cycling 200km through the night again from East London to Dunwich on the Suffolk coast to raise money for The Neuromuscular Centre (NMC).  Hopefully, like last year, I will arrive by the following morning!  This charity continues to  help a close friend of mine who has muscular dystrophy and it plays a crucial role in supporting the lives of many others.  Any donations would be greatly appreciated to assist the NMC in continuing its fantastic work.
