Alex turned 60 last year and is trying to maintain my fitness for as long as possible. Entering this half marathon gives him a physical challenge and enables him to raise money for the important work of the Mayor's Charity (The Mayor of Southampton Charity Fund - JustGiving) which includes Street Pastors (Home - Southampton Street Pastors %) , with whom he and Vanessa volunteer.

Vanessa is also a street pastor and shall be participating in the 10K which is also a part of the running events on that day (Sunday 2nd April).
