I'll be riding from John O Groats to Lands End as part of a group over the summer with the hope to raise over £10,000 for both Clic Sargent and Jolle rider.

Jolle rider’s flagship programme, Bikes 4 Africa delivers bikes to schools making the journey to education possible for thousands of children  who otherwise would not be able to get to school.

CLIC Sargent is the UK’s leading cancer charity for children and young people, and their families. We provide clinical, practical, financial and emotional support to help them cope with cancer and get the most out of life. We are there from diagnosis onwards and aim to help the whole family deal with the impact of cancer and its treatment, life after treatment and, in some cases, bereavement.

We are dividing the money raised equally between the two charities

We are all recreational cyclists but have never taken on a challenge of this magnitude before. We are hoping to cover the distance in 10 days averaging a hundred miles a day
