This year is the 5th in a row I'll be attempting our annual 4 day 500km cycle: last year, a broken rib forced me out of the challenge 15 miles in, so this year the pressure is on.

Please help me raise funds for the NSPCC: we have raised over £155k over the last few years across various charities and this year we want to help the NSPCC invest in services and activities to make young people safer - working with children, families, school services, child protection and awareness campaigns.
