Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
My father in law, Ian, died from cancer 10 years ago. Unfortunately the failure to diagnose early enough meant that it was too late for any treatment and he was given only 2 weeks to live upon diagnosis.
Macmillan nurses visited him at home throughout his last days (he only lived 6 days after diagnosis) and helped care for him, medicate him and keep him comfortable. They do a great job (I know I couldn't do it!) and this is a way I can give something back to them for the help they gave him.
