Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

So I thought I would put a little effort into this page. firstly I thought I might put an extract from the Not forgotten website (http://www.nfassociation.org/)

Now as for my training, well I a good little route that I figured was about 10 miles as it took me an hour or so to complete.
Recently I have managed to get my hour run down to 53 minutes, but understanding how saying that doesn't really make any sense I thought I would map out my run. Imagine my dissappointment when google maps tells me I've only been running 7 miles. So it looks like I've got plenty more training to do.
