Story
On April the 21st 2013 I will be attempting to run all 26.2 miles of the London Marathon. In exchange for the pain I would like to raise as much money as possible for the Eve appeal.
I will be running the marathon in memory of my beautiful fiancée Jemma who lost her battle with ovarian cancer last March. My life has been irreparably changed because of this horrible disease and I feel that I owe it to Jem to do all I can to raise awareness through the Eve appeal.
I would really appreciate if you sponsor anything you can. I would like to thank you so much for your support, each donation will make a tangible difference to the appeal and help drag me round the final few miles in London. Ultimately I’m running because compared to the challenge people with cancer face and the bravery they show every day, what’s a mere 26 miles?
