We care for children with shortened lives to support them and their families.

Story

Besides me needing to run off that massive club sandwich, I will be running for a charity very close to my heart, Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice. The hospice offers care and support to children with a shortened life expectancy both in their own homes and through the hospice itself.

Every year, the hospice costs £3 million to support and less than 10% of this is through government funding.
Being local to me, I have seen the amazing work they do, and I would love to me able to show my support... hence the 10K!

Anything you can give would be amazing, even if it's just £1. So come on guys, dig deep!

About the charity

At Bluebell Wood, we care for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions. We support hundreds of families, both in our hospice and in family homes. It costs around £6.5m to keep our doors open for families across South Yorkshire and beyond. We receive 16% Statutory funding.
