Over the years I have seen first hand the work of WAVE Trauma Centre. The organisation offers "care and support to anyone bereaved, injured or traumatised through the civil unrest in Northern Ireland irrespective of religious, cultural or political belief."

This has been vital work in the past, now and will remain so long into the future. I am asking for donations to help WAVE continue its great work. 

Running the shoreline and coast from Portballintrae to near Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge (and back) may prove to be the toughest of my 12 marathons.
