For those of you still not knowing, I accidentally fell off a cliff and into the sea last week. I can honestly say that I am alive thanks to the quick response of the RNLI and the emergency services.

I am asking you to give them a donation for the extraordinary work that they do.

They’re the lifeboat crews who provide 24-hour search and rescue right around the UK and Ireland. The lifeguards keeping watch on 240 of the busiest beaches in the UK and Channel Islands.
