My grandma was a lovely old soul that like many others ended up with Alzheimer's. 

Talking to your grandmother when she has no idea who you are is a very hard thing to do, I'm now walking a memory walk for her and hoping to raise some money that is so needed to fund vital work to help fight back against dementia.

Please give even just a little, a pound spent on a drink will go a long way if everyone were to do it.
