Story
Snowdon is the highest mountain in Wales, at a whopping 1085 metres (3,560 feet) above sea level and the highest point in England and Wales. There are 6 official routes which can get you up Snowdon, all varying in difficulty and it is estimated that over 350,000 visitors reach Snowdon's summit every year!
I am going to be one of those people in 2023, with a pledge to climb to the top of this monster of a mountain on 30th September 2023. I'm hoping to see the incredible views which are promised when reaching the top (if the weather allows it and I can catch my breath at the top!) and all to help support The Children's Trust Charity.
Every penny counts so thank you in advance for your donation to such a great cause.
About The Children’s Trust
Every year over 40,000 children suffer a brain injury.
The Children’s Trust is the UK’s leading charity for children with brain injury. Each year they support thousands of children and families right across the country.
For some families what starts out as a typical day can end catastrophically, as a result of a sporting or car accident or a sudden brain haemorrhage. And life can often change forever.
Following a brain injury, children have to relearn basic skills such as how to talk, eat and walk again. The Children’s Trust deliver rehabilitation, education and community services through their skilled teams who help children and their families live their best possible life after a brain injury.
