The Rowans Hospice at Home Team provided fantastic care and support to my Dad, Albert, allowing him to spend his final days in the comfort of his own home with his family. As a family we are requesting that donations be given instead of flowers at the funeral.

Albert's funeral is at 10:30 on Thursday 23rd January 2014 at St Joseph's Church, West Street, Havant.
