Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit this JustGiving page, which is raising money for musicians in memory of our beloved father, grand father and father in law Al Baum, who has passed away at the impressive age of 100. Al enjoyed a long and successful career in music, playing sax, clarinet and flute in many bands and shows in the West End - and further afield - from the 1930s to the 1990s. You can read about his amazing career in this piece that his daughter Julie has posted on the Musicians' Benevolent Fund website tributes page here https://www.helpmusicians.org.uk/support-our-work/giving-in-memory-and-celebration/tributes-celebrations
Music was Al's life, and he kept playing right up until his final days. We think it's fitting that any donations in Al's name go to help his fellow musicians in times of need. Thank you to everyone for your very generous donations so far.
