I'm running a blooming marthon !!!!  I'm a little scared. This will be one of the hardest things I have ever done ever ever. But I am doing it for a flipping brilliant charity in MENCAP. There will be blood, sweat and chaffed nipples. Give  a little and get a big lovely warm feeling. I have a big target to reach but with your help am sure I can do it !
