Story

You would not know the importance of the things you have except you meet someone without. JOJO (Mrs Josephine Koroma) recently started as a team worker with Sisterland. This is what she said. "My first night of assessment got me emotional and feeling pity seeing the uncomfortable situation homeless women are in. Homeless women have to deal with harsh weather conditions, disease, physical, verbal and sexual abuse, and many other bad things associated with living on the streets. Furthermore, working closely with homeless women has taught me to be thankful for the things I have, especially for shelter. Because you see, my friends, you would not know the importance of the things you have except you meet someone without."
