OK,

So I know people who have done far more strenuous events like the Marathon de Sables and arranging Smarties with Chopsticks (yes really), but 56 Miles around London in the middle of summer isn't going to be be fun. Some say the sound of a car door opening in front of you is similar to the sound of a gun being cocked.

So stump up a tenner and let's hope I don't end up under a bus..
